Do I need a Meta Business account?
Yes. WhatsApp Business Platform access runs through a Meta Business Manager account. We guide you through connecting yours.
Can I message customers at any time?
Free-form replies are allowed for 24 hours after a customer's last message. After that, you send an approved template.
How do opt-outs work?
When a customer replies STOP, they are removed from broadcast audiences automatically and the change is recorded.
Can I use my own website or app?
Yes. Every plan includes API keys. Your system can send messages, and receive delivery updates by a signed webhook.
Is my data safe?
